4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING GammaGlow acts as a technology bridge. To power your chat and voice agents, data processed through our workflows is transmitted securely to advanced Large Language Models (such as OpenAI or Anthropic).

• Zero-Training Policy: We configure our API connections to ensure that your proprietary business data and your customers' personal information are not used by these third-party AI providers to train their public models.

• Integrations: We may transmit data to your authorized third-party CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber) exclusively based on the workflow architectures you approve.

5. HEALTH DATA & HIPAA DISCLAIMER GammaGlow Marketing Systems is a marketing and communication infrastructure provider. Our Services are not designed, intended, or certified to process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• If you operate in the healthcare sector (e.g., dental practices, medical clinics), you agree that you will not use GammaGlow's systems (including SMS, Voice AI, or web forms) to transmit specific patient medical conditions, treatment plans, or sensitive health records.

• GammaGlow shall not be held liable for any PHI inadvertently uploaded, texted, or processed through our communication pipelines by your staff or end-users.

We retain Client Information and End-User Data only for as long as your subscription is active or as legally required. Upon termination of your services, GammaGlow will securely delete or anonymize your proprietary workflow data in accordance with our Terms of Service.
